Also in the current season 2021/22 the FVV bowlers have registered a team in the league of the “Hessischer Kegler- und Bowling-Verband”. After now three succesful climbs into a higher class, the team now arrived in the “Bezirksliga 1 Herren”. The nervousness on the first match day was alleviated by the fact that it was a home match day and they could compete with their opening opponent on familiar lanes. Despite the home advantage, the team of “BC Blau-Gelb Frankfurt 4” initially kept up, but had to admit defeat to the FVV in the decisive team match. The final result with 40:33 is a start made to measure and creates self-confidence for the upcoming match days.
