The statutes describe the legal framework of the FVV as a non-profit, registered association. It must be adopted by a 3/4 majority of the general meeting.

The advisory board is, next to the general meeting and the board, the most important organ of the FVV. It is composed of the department heads of the individual sports departments and the working groups. The advisory board is independent and regulates its cooperation in these advisory board rules.

Data protection is very important to us. To protect the personal data of members, the FVV has appointed an independent data protection officer who monitors the storage and handling of sensitive data. The data protection regulations govern the measures, handling and protection of this data.
