Training online: Register now, start on February 1

Our digital sports program is a full-body fitness workout suitable for all ages and ability levels. The training times are Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday, starting at 19:00 hrs.

To participate in the online workout, use the “SportMember” app. You simply download the app and sign up for the courses. As soon as we have verified the membership, you will be added to the team “FVV Onlinetraining” and see the schedule for the training dates. Here you can book your participation.
