Pilates is a balanced body workout designed to strengthen muscles and optimize coordination. The exercises include strength training and stretching. A focus on movement execution and breathing strengthens body awareness and mindfulness. All exercises are performed slowly and fluidly, making the class a beneficial full-body workout.
