To join FVV rowing, you must first pass a crash course. This summer there will be the opportunity to do so again – a total of five dates are available. The courses last two days and always take place on weekends. The basic knowledge of rowing is taught, such as the correct rowing technique, the handling of the equipment and the understanding of the most important commands. Only after the basic course you can actively participate in rowing and you are qualified to take part in the open rowing dates and the technical training. Later, rowing trips, regattas or advanced training are also part of the program. The courses cost 80 euros, take place in Frankfurt at the FVV cooperation partner Freiweg e.V. and can be booked now.
