Christmas is a wonderful time, but also a challenge for our fitness. The best recipe against lethargy and sagging is our wide range of fitness courses, because also in the new year the FVV offers everything to get back on track: Nordic walking, which is exercise in the fresh air, ideal for burning calories almost effortlessly and rebuilding tired back muscles. Or running: That gets the pulse racing. Of course, the group also runs in winter, once a week for about an hour along the Main River. Or the numerous fitness offers ranging from classic gymnastics, strength and conditioning, back fit to yoga and Pilates.
