The 2026 Annual General Meeting is fast approaching. All members are warmly invited to attend on Tuesday, 23 June at 19:00 hrs. The event will take place at Saalbau Gutleut, Rottweiler Str. 32, 60327 Frankfurt am Main. There will be no club-wide sports activities on this day!
The General Meeting is the highest decision-making body of the FVV and decides on all key club matters. All members will receive the official invitation by email in a manner consistent with the deadline. It will contain the link to the documents for the General Meeting as well as the provisional agenda.
Any member wishing to submit motions to the General Meeting must do so in writing and in good time (by email to mitglieder@fvv.org or by post). As was the case at last year’s General Meeting, the 2025 Annual Report is available online. Questions from members to the Board can be sent in writing to vorstand@fvv.org prior to the General Meeting, so that they can be answered during the meeting.
