Must I attend training regularly?
No, however regular attendance is of advantage to both you and the entire group, so that certain exercise instruction need not be repeated every week. Please arrive on time.
Who may attend?
Currently there is only one group that caters to and encourages beginners, but those of you with experience are encouraged to attend as well—you will not be disappointed! Our training is perfect for all of you who feel stressed and are looking for that special something, something good and soothing for the body and soul.
What must I bring?
Comfortable workout clothes, and a blanket (and/or mat) to sit on and use as a cover during the "wind down" relaxation period.
Classic Hatha Yoga à la Swami Sivananda: proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, and positive thinking & meditation.
Does it cost me any more than the basic FVV membership fee?
Does the group also participate in tournaments and workshops?
This isn't what it's all about. There are no yoga tournaments and no yoga competitions. It's all about the relaxation of body and mind of the individual. However, a "hot nude gay Yoga" seminar is offered in the USA—how about that?
