FVV on Facebook:  I like it!

fvvfacebook.jpg What, you're online at Facebook and you haven't see the new FVV page yet?  Tsk, tsk, tsk...  Take a look!  On our Facebook page you don't just get the same "old" news that is presented here on our website and in the FVV newsletter.  Facebook is interactive and you can write statements of your own.  For example, you're interested in knowing who all will be going to the next tournament...  or you're looking for a dance partner...  No problem at Facebook!  Just write away and see who answers...

FVV Bylaws amended

mv_09.jpgA general meeting held on December 21st was the last official event of FVV in 2010.  The meeting had to take place before the end of the year to accommodate certain legal deadlines.  The result of the meeting was a number of amendments to our bylaws and a "fees statute," which documents the current structure of the FVV membership fees.  If you are interested in reading how FVV is structured and how it functions, then read through the bylaws of our club - just five pages, so it'll go fast.  Click HERE to view the FVV Bylaws and HERE to view all of our statutes.  The bylaws and statutes are only available in German.

sst_eindh.jpg Well, Eindhoven may not be the typical destination for a long weekend, but for those of you in the know, it is well-known for its annual sports tournament held every October.  And this year it proved more fun than any year before for the FVV athletes who participated...  and not just enjoyable, but also quite successful:  every second FVV'ler brought home a gold medal.  OK, OK, there weren't that many FVV'lers in Eindhoven this year...
