Table Tennis (Ping Pong)

When?

Tuesday
8:30 - 10:00 p.m.  No training is held on holidays and during school vacations.

Where?

Sporthalle of the Ludwig-Richter-Schule, Hinter-den-Ulmen 10, Frankfurt (Eschersheim).  Take the U1, U2 or U3 subway to the stop "Lindenbaum."

Must I attend training regularly?

Training is open and available to all FVV members, even when regular attendance is always possible.  We require a core group of dedicated players who will come and train regularly.  We need this core group of players so each participant can find a playing partner at his/her level.  Also, we wish to develop one or several teams who can then competitively compete at tournaments.

Who may attend?

We are a mixed group of guys and girls.  Everyone is welcome who enjoys ping pong.

What must I bring?

Your own table tennis racquet.  We provide the tables, the nets and the balls.

Training format

Training instruction is given in playing singles and doubles.

Does it cost me any more than the basic FVV membership fee?

No.

Does the group also participate in tournaments and workshops?

We participate in the annual FVV XMAS Tournament.  We plan to prepare for participation at other competitions.
